In the first session, Eszter Lukács and Massimo Mischi will focus on the IEEE authorship process for researchers and PhD students. We will share tips on how to select an appropriate IEEE periodical or conference and submit your paper. This presentation will help you to navigate IEEE’s peer review and submission processes and discuss some of the top reasons why papers get rejected. Eszter will then discuss Open Access options at IEEE and resources available to authors to help them through the process.

In the second session, Paul Henriques and Alexios Balatsoukas Stimming will demonstrate the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, discussing updates and reviewing best practices to maximize your research time. Paul will also provide an overview of publishing options which the IEEE offers to authors, along with resources that the IEEE makes available to authors to help them through the process.
